    I have a question Karin,

What are some clues that the wine is spoiled? I’m far from knowledgeable in wine., but when I go out with my girlfriends the hosting duties always fall to me!

So when I’m swirling, smelling, and tasting – what should I be looking for?

Awesome lesson, Poshmonkey! I always wondered what the purpose of “swirling” was for!
